Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Basis administration and day-to-day SAP system operations. The candidate will be responsible for user and role administration, transport management, system monitoring, routine maintenance, backup/restore activities, and basic performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform day-to-day SAP Basis administration and system maintenance.
- Manage SAP users, roles, and authorizations.
- Handle SAP Transport Management and transport-related activities across environments.
- Monitor SAP systems and proactively identify system or performance issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and administration activities.
- Support backup and restore procedures.




- Conduct basic system performance analysis and troubleshooting.
- Maintain technical documentation related to Basis administration and operational activities.
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and other technical teams for SAP system support.

Must-Have Skills

- 5+ years of SAP Basis experience
- Robust hands-on experience in:
- SAP Basis Administration
- User & Role Administration
- Authorization Management
- SAP Transport Management
- System Monitoring
- Routine System Maintenance
- Backup & Restore

- Good understanding of SAP system performance analysis
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience supporting SAP environments in production and non-production landscapes.

- Ability to work independently on Basis administration and operational issues.
