- Supervise civil construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Read drawings, estimate quantities, prepare BOQs, and manage manpower effectively.
- Conduct layout planning, bar bending schedules (BBS), and RCC work execution.
- Ensure accurate estimation and billing processes are followed.
- Coordinate with contractors to resolve issues related to material procurement and labor management.
- Two wheeler with driving licence
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
- Diploma or B.Tech degree from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, creating estimates based on designs, and preparing billings accurately.
- Robust understanding of BBS creation using software such as AutoCAD or similar tools.
