Territory Manager – Corporate Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Position Overview: The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth within a designated territory by managing the end-to-end sales cycle. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering smooth customer service.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve respective sales targets.
Analyse customer needs to identify current sales opportunities.
Create and execute a territory sales plan in alignment with sales team targets.

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

o Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, lead generation tools, and cold
calling.
o Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent sales performance.
o Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and promote company
offerings.

Client Relationship Management:





o Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client
organizations.
o Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the company solutions.
o Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Process Management:

o Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
o Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely and professional manner.
o Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to
ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

o Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs, and take corrective actions as needed.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the
CRM system.
o Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products.
