- Manage sales team to achieve monthly targets for water pump products in the industrial segment.

Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years of experience in industrial equipment or machinery sales, preferably in the water treatment industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
- Robust understanding of water pumps and their applications in various industries (e.g., agriculture, construction).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
