About the role

As Finance & Accounts Manager, you will run the complete accounts of every company in the group: books, invoicing, GST, statutory compliance and payroll validation. You will work closely with our auditors and chartered accountants.

Key responsibilities

- Books of accounts. Maintain complete, current books for every entity in Zoho Books, with monthly bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Invoicing and collections. Raise client invoices on time, in the clients currency, and track each one to collection.
- GST. Monthly and annual returns for every entity and state, including export of services under LUT.
- Statutory compliance. TDS, PF, ESI, professional tax, advance tax and ROC filings, all on the statutory calendar.
- Payroll validation. Review monthly payroll in greytHR before approval: variances, deductions and statutory amounts.
- Recent entities. Incorporation, registrations and opening of books for new companies.
- Audit. Prepare the books for audit and act as the counterpart to our auditors throughout.
- Monthly reporting. P&L;, cash position and receivables for each entity,



delivered on a fixed date every month.

- greytHR or a similar payroll system
- GST, TRACES, EPFO and MCA portals
- Microsoft Excel

What you bring

- 6 to 10 years in accounts, handling the complete accounts of a company end to end
- GST, TDS, PF, ESI and ROC compliance, done personally
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or Tally
- Experience managing the accounts of more than one company
- Good written and spoken English
- B.Com, M.Com or equivalent

Preferred qualifications

- Export-of-services invoicing: LUT, foreign-currency receipts and FIRC
- Company incorporation experience
- Payroll processing or validation
- Semi-qualified CA or CMA
- Experience in a CA firm
