Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Wire Cut Operator with experience in Wire EDM machining, precision component manufacturing, and tooling/fixture production. The candidate should be capable of operating Wire Cut EDM machines, interpreting engineering drawings, and ensuring dimensional accuracy and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate Wire Cut EDM machines for precision machining of components, tools, dies, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and machining dimensions.
- Prepare workpieces, set up jobs, and select appropriate wire, guides, and machining parameters.
- Perform machine setting, job alignment, and workpiece clamping.
- Understand and execute CNC programs for Wire Cut operations.
- Monitor machining operations and maintain required dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
- Inspect finished components using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain cleanliness at the workstation.




- Identify machining defects and troubleshoot basic machine or cutting issues.
- Follow production schedules, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in Wire Cut EDM machining.
- Knowledge of CNC Wire Cut machine operation and programming.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection methods.
- Experience in tool room, die manufacturing, precision components, or fixture manufacturing is preferred.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience
- Wire EDM machines such as Mitsubishi, Sodick, Fanuc, or equivalent.
- Manufacturing of precision fixtures, jigs, tooling components, and machine parts.
- Knowledge of CNC program editing and machining parameter optimization.

Pay: ₹19,100.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
