Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain welding machines efficiently.
- Welding & Fabrication: Join metal components accurately using ARC, MIG, or TIG welding equipment as per instructions.
- Quality Check: Inspect finished welds for structural integrity, smoothness, and defects.
- Material Preparation: Clean, cut, grind, and prepare metal pieces before welding.
- Safety & Maintenance: Follow all factory safety guidelines, wear required protective gear (PPE), and keep the work area and machinery clean.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience working as a Welder or operating industrial welding machines.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, or verbal work instructions.
- Robust physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Punctual, disciplined, and a team player.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
