Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to manage overall warehouse operations, inventory, stock movement, staff, and dispatch activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring smooth movement of goods between warehouses, stores, and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Receive, verify, and record incoming stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Ensure proper inward and outward entry of all goods.
- Manage loading, unloading, packing, sorting, and dispatch of merchandise.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory audits.
- Track stock movement between warehouse, retail stores, wholesale customers, and exhibitions.
- Ensure proper barcode, tagging, labelling, and categorization of products.
- Monitor damaged, defective, missing, and returned goods.
- Maintain proper storage and organization of garments, bags, footwear, luggage, and other products.
- Manage warehouse staff, loaders, helpers, and other labour.
- Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor staff productivity.
- Ensure timely preparation of stock for exhibitions and events.
- Coordinate transportation and logistics for movement of stock between cities.
- Manage exhibition stock dispatch and return after completion of events.
- Ensure proper documentation for all stock transfers.
- Coordinate with the purchase, sales, accounts, and exhibition teams.
- Monitor warehouse expenses and minimize unnecessary operational costs.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, security,



and proper utilization of space.
- Identify inventory discrepancies and take corrective action.
- Prepare regular stock, inward/outward, damage, and inventory reports for management.
- Ensure company SOPs and inventory-control procedures are followed.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
- Experience handling large-volume stock.
- Good knowledge of Excel and ERP/inventory management software.
- Strong understanding of inward, outward, stock transfer, and stock reconciliation.
- Good team-management and leadership skills.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple activities under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in garments, retail, wholesale, e-commerce, or exhibitions will be preferred.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate preferred.
- 3–7 years of warehouse/inventory management experience.
- Experience managing a team of warehouse staff and labour.
- Willingness to travel and manage city-to-city stock movement for exhibitions.
