We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Freelance / Part time Architect to join our team on a project basis. If you have strong conceptual design skills and can deliver high-quality execution drawings independently, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop architectural concepts and [2D Floor Plans / 3D Renderings].
· Prepare detailed municipal approval or working construction drawings.
· Collaborate closely with the client/core team via regular virtual or in-person check-ins.
Requirements:
· B.Arch or equivalent degree.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Lumion.
· A strong portfolio demonstrating past residential or commercial projects.
