Role & responsibilities

- Operate VMC machines with DMG, MAZAK, Mitsubishi, and Haas controllers.

- Set up jobs, load tools, and perform tool offset and work offset adjustments.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining instructions.

- Monitor machining operations and maintain dimensional accuracy.

- Perform basic machine inspections and maintain quality standards.

- Follow production schedules, safety procedures, and 5S practices.

- Experienced operators should be able to work independently; candidates willing to learn may also apply.

Preferred candidate profile

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification preferred.

- Experience operating VMC machines with DMG MAZAK, Mitsubishi, or Haas controllers will be an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC operations, cutting tools,



and engineering drawings preferred.

- Freshers and candidates willing to learn VMC operation are welcome to apply.

- Should be hardworking, disciplined, and willing to work in a manufacturing setting.

- Candidates with practical machine knowledge and a learning attitude will be preferred.
