Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in South Delhi.

The Video

Editor will create, edit, and refine video content that showcases luxury properties, investment opportunities, and brand narratives for digital and offline channels. Daily tasks include assembling raw footage, selecting key highlights, adding motion graphics and titles, performing color grading, and ensuring consistent visual style aligned with the brand. The role involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to understand project objectives,



planning video concepts, and optimizing content for various platforms such as social media, presentations, and client pitches.

The Video

Editor will also manage media assets, maintain organized project files, and meet deadlines for multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating polished, professional property and brand videos.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to maintain a consistent, high-end visual aesthetic across all content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design engaging titles, lower thirds, animations, and visual elements.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop or similar).
- Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and an understanding of luxury branding and real estate presentation.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Relevant experience in video editing for marketing, advertising, or real estate; a portfolio or showreel is required.
- Diploma or degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, Design, or a related field is preferred.
