Assistant manager for Tool development (Plastic Connector Tool development)

Connectors, Relay and Fuse base plastic part development.

Having Valuable knowledge in high precision plastic connector mold development and dealing with manufacturing of precision insert of 2 microns.

- Plastic injection mold development activities for Precision Connector, Relay box, Fuse base plastic tool development
- Plastic injection mold development activities such as DFM Review, Part Design Review, Mold Design review, Mold Flow Analysis, Project management etc.
- Attending Mold Trials of New Tools at Supplier End and resolving Molding defects/ Tooling defects faced during trials.
- Knowledge of various Plastic raw materials, Steel raw materials.
- Good knowledge of sheet metal process, Die casting tool development
- Plastic injection mold Commissioning and start of production.




- In depth Knowledge in Tool Manufacturing and Tool Maintenance
- Exceptional communicational skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge regarding Tool Costing
- Knowledge regarding Plastic injection mold Manufacturing Process
- Project time plan preparation and adhere to time plan provided
- Basic Knowledge of 3D Software like – CAD BRO, UG NX, Solid Works, PRO E
- Study & improvement activities carried for new Tool trial& responsible for systematic calculation for new tool trial.
- Establishing, documenting, implementing & maintaining the process approach as per guidelines of EHS & OHSAS, IATF-16949.
- Managing the new tool related tasks and trouble shooting.

Maintaining tooling agreement, Tool holding certificate, NDA with all suppliers.
