Testing Engineering Analyst – CALL

Join our dynamic Operations team as a Testing Engineering Analyst – CALL, where you will leverage your extensive experience in Java, Python, and SQL to design, implement, and optimize robust testing solutions for mission-critical applications. Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test frameworks for complex software applications.
2. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test strategies.
3. Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify defects early in the development lifecycle.
4. Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear, actionable feedback to engineering teams.
5. Develop and maintain test data, scripts, and documentation to ensure repeatability and traceability.
6. Continuously enhance test processes by adopting best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve coverage and efficiency.
7. Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards, security policies, and industry regulations.
8. Mentor junior testers and provide technical guidance on automation, scripting, and best practices.
9. Report on test progress, quality metrics, and potential risks to key stakeholders in a timely manner.
10. Collaborate with Operations to support release management,



deployment activities, and post-release validation.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 5–20 years of hands-on experience in software testing or quality engineering within complex, large-scale environments.
3. Proficiency in Java and Python for test automation scripting and framework development.
4. Strong SQL skills for data validation, test data setup, and troubleshooting.
5. Demonstrated expertise in creating and executing automated tests using frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit/TestNG, PyTest, or similar.
6. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build and deployment processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
7. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
8. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
9. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner).
2. Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
3. Familiarity with behavior-driven development (BDD) or test-driven development (TDD) methodologies.
4. Experience in testing APIs using tools like Postman, Rest-Assured, or SoapUI.
5. ISTQB or equivalent testing certification.
6. Exposure to monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk).
