Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer – II with strong expertise in Stibo STEP to design, automate, and optimize data migration and synchronization workflows across multiple environments (e.g., Production, Development, QA). The role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integrity, system stability, and workflow efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design and configure import/export and publication templates in STEP.

- Automate batch jobs and environment synchronization using STEP scripting.

- Develop and maintain validation logic leveraging SQL queries.

- Collaborate with TPOs, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure stable, productive, and accurate data migrations.





Required Skills and Qualifications

- 4–5 years of hands-on experience with Stibo STEP (v10 or above).

- Strong background in workflow configuration, STEP scripting, and CLI operations.

- Experience with Git-based packaging and release structures.
