Job Title: Test Engineer

Orchid Pharma is seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our team. As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans and cases to ensure the quality and reliability of our pharmaceutical products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and track defects, as well as conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve product quality and usability.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Perform root cause analysis of defects and work with teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain testing documentation and provide regular status reports to management.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Tools Required:

- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.




- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
