Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executives to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining products or services to customers, generating leads, converting prospects into sales, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products, services, offers, and advantages to customers.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into sales.
- Follow up with interested customers to close deals.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records in the CRM.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.




- Follow company sales processes and quality guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; Marathi and English are an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
- Freshers can apply; telesales or BPO experience is preferred.
