Key Responsibilities

- Lead and guide the development team in .NET application development.
- Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and SQL Server.
- Review code, ensure coding standards, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Coordinate between the development team, management, and business stakeholders.
- Manage task allocation, project timelines, and technical deliverables.
- Mentor team members and ensure quality and timely project delivery.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in .NET development.
- Solid knowledge of C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and SQL Server.
- Experience in technical leadership, code reviews, and team coordination.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies is preferred.
