Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business functions, from sourcing and screening to offer release and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and MIS reports to monitor hiring progress and recruitment performance.
- Ensure adherence to agreed recruitment SLAs and turnaround times (TAT) at every stage of the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle through timely communication and regular follow-ups.
- Provide regular hiring updates, recruitment status reports, and relevant insights to stakeholders.




- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Support additional recruitment-related projects and initiatives as assigned by the client.
