Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Associate role based in Bengaluru.

The Talent Acquisition

Associate is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of roles across the company. Daily tasks include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, posting job ads, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role involves conducting initial interviews, facilitating assessment processes, and supporting offer negotiation and onboarding activities.

Associate also contributes to recruiting analytics, employer branding initiatives, and continuous improvements to hiring practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess 1-3 years of Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Interviewing skills to assess candidate qualifications, fit, and potential objectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with hiring managers and engage candidates professionally.
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition or HR, preferably in fast-growing technology or startup environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage multiple requisitions with attention to detail and timelines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and basic recruitment analytics is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
