Job Title: Stringer Operator - Manual Line

The Stringer Operator on the Manual Line is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of stringer production equipment. This role requires ensuring that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and according to the quality standards. The operator will work closely with the production team to meet daily production goals and adhere to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor stringer equipment to produce quality products.
- Set up and adjust machinery based on production specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with standards.
- Assist in training new operators on machinery and processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and resolve issues.

Skills Required
