Job Title: Production & Testing Engineer

As a Production & Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and testing processes for our company's products. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that our products are manufactured to the highest standards and are in compliance with all industry regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing testing procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.

- Overall responsibility for Testing & Validation activities. 2) Responsible for cell testing & Grouping process & Maintain Test Reports & Data 3) Plan Cell Testing & Grouping schedule to meet daily production Targets 4) Responsible for BMS Testing Process & Maintain Test Reports & Data 5) Plan BMS Testing schedule to meet daily production Targets 6)



Responsible to develop Testing procedures according to Lithium ion Battery standards 7) Function Test of Lithium ion Batteries & Maintain Test report & Data 8) Performs any other responsibilities assinged by the management from time to time 9) Material Planning & floor Inventory control 10) Documentation like Daily production report, Hourly chart preparation, Failure & Break down records, KPI 11) Select Equipments and take responsibility for its maintenance 12) Skill Enhancement of Manpower & Make Skill Matrix of Oprators/Technicians/workers 13) Follow Production SOP's to make Good Quality Product, Make WI's , Maintain checkliest, PPMC 14) Prepare PPE Matrix for all production process 15) Performs any other responsibilities assinged by the management from time to time
