- Will be responsible of complete after sales activities
- Interface between Customer & Eastman Planning , Technical Dept , Service , Commercial & Logistics Dept .
- Visit to plant during PDI by Customer
- Will sort out all type of Customer Grievances & will ensure timely resolution
- Interaction with customers to understand their grievances & followup with required dept for resolution , if required will visit to customer
- Will be responsible of complete after sales activities
