Job Title: Solution Architect Telecom OSS

Experience: 10+ years

Location: Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end OSS/BSS and Service Assurance solutions for telecom networks.
- Develop architectural solutions for Fault Management, Performance Management and Service Assurance.
- Design solutions for Service Quality Management, Customer Experience Management and Event Correlation.
- Drive Root Cause Analysis and Service Impact Analysis capabilities.
- Apply TM Forum frameworks, including eTOM, SID, TAM and Open APIs.
- Align Incident, Problem and Change Management solutions with ITIL practices.
- Design integration solutions using REST APIs, Kafka and API Gateway.
- Provide architectural direction for microservices, data lakes, DevOps and CI/CD.
- Support analytics, predictive analytics, AIOps and cloud-native transformation initiatives.
- Work with business, network,



operations and engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in Telecom OSS/BSS architecture and solution design.
- Solid knowledge of TM Forum frameworks, including eTOM, SID, TAM and Open APIs.
- Experience in Fault Management and Performance Management.
- Experience in Service Assurance, Service Quality Management and Event Correlation.
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and Service Impact Analysis.
- Understanding of ITIL-aligned Incident, Problem and Change Management.
- Knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, RAN, Core, IMS, VoLTE, IP and Transport networks.
- Experience with OSS platforms such as Netcool, Spectrum, MYCOM, OneProbe or SIGOS.
- Integration experience using REST APIs, Kafka or API Gateway.
