Job Title: Solution Architect

Required Skillset: Generative AI, AIOps, observability, automation, and enterprise IT operations.

Location: PAN INDIA

Experience Range: 10+ years

Solution Architect, GenAI and Autonomous IT Operations with minimum 10+ years of experience (8+ in AI and 4+ in Generative AI and LLMs) preferably having knowledge of IT support and operations domain.

Experience Requirement: Hands-on Solution Architect with experience in Generative AI, AIOps, observability, automation, and enterprise IT operations. The role will focus on designing solutions that improve incident resolution rate at machine layer, troubleshooting, service-desk support, and automated remediation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end solutions using LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, Agentic AI, and Multi-Agent Systems.
- Build solutions for intelligent monitoring, incident triage, root-cause analysis, and automated remediation.
- Integrate GenAI solutions with observability, ITSM, CMDB, knowledge bases, and automation platforms.
- Define architectures for proactive, predictive, and self-healing IT operations.
- Establish appropriate security,



guardrails, human approvals, and monitoring for AI-driven actions.
- Create solution architecture, integration flows, technical designs, and implementation roadmaps.

Required Skills

2. RAG, GraphRAG, Embeddings, Chunking, and Reranking
3. Vector Databases and Semantic Search
4. Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Orchestration, and Tool Calling
5. LangGraph, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel
6. AIOps, Observability, Anomaly Detection, and Event Correlation
7. Predictive Operations, Runbook Automation, and Self-Healing Systems
8. ITSM, CMDB knowledge
9. LLMOps, AI Evaluation, Guardrails, and Responsible AI
10. Cloud platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Search, OpenSearch, or equivalent platforms
