Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise service management ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that our ServiceNow platform drives operational excellence and aligns with industry best practices. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in core ServiceNow modules and demonstrate the ability to guide technical teams while managing stakeholder expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and oversee the deployment of ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, CSM, and HRSD/HRSM modules, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead technical initiatives involving XML and Jelly scripting to create custom functionalities and enhance user experiences.
- Develop and maintain Performance Analytics dashboards and Business Intelligence reports to provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
- Drive the adoption of ITIL frameworks and Agile methodologies across development and service delivery lifecycles.
- Design and implement Knowledge Management systems and custom portals to streamline case management and self-service capabilities.




- Provide technical leadership by mentoring development teams, conducting code reviews, and establishing architectural standards.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Configure and troubleshoot MID Servers to ensure secure and reliable connectivity between the ServiceNow instance and external data sources.
- Leverage ITOM capabilities where applicable to enhance infrastructure monitoring and service mapping.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Experience: 6 to 9 years of professional experience in IT services, with a solid focus on ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in XML and Jelly scripting, alongside hands-on experience with Performance Analytics and BI reporting tools.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of ITIL processes, Agile development practices, and ServiceNow core modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD/HRSM).
- Leadership: Proven track record in technical leadership, team mentorship, and effective stakeholder management.
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with ITOM is highly desirable.
- Education & Certifications: Relevant certifications in ServiceNow architecture and implementation are preferred.
