TCS is Hiring for Service Now Developer

Role: Service Now Developer

Desired Experience: 5- 7 Years

Job Location: Pune/Bengaluru

:

Must-Have:

~5 plus year Service Now Certified. Candidate should have valuable Admin / Configuration / Development knowledge of :-

- Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, Asset management, CMDB , Service Requests and SLM
- Content Management: - developing ESS page.
- UI Actions / UI policy / Access Control Lists, etc.
- Writing various Server side scripts using business rules , Script Includes.




- Configured License Management module for necessary Compliance check.
- Used ACL’s for controlling the security mechanism in Service Now
- Domain Separation and designing the Process and data flow within various domains
- Experience with Web technologies/AJAX
- Developing Composite Service Requests within Service catalog Module
- Experience in Integration using MID Server
- Exposure To SOAP and REST API of service Now.
- Configuring complex reports
- Understanding and debugging of system logs.
- Experience in ServiceNow Discovery configuration and data management
- Exposure to SNOW Integration with Monitoring Solutions
- Knowledge of Dell Boomi ESB would be and add on.
- Having ITILv3 / ITIL4 foundation certification & knowledge is added advantage
- Working on Domain separated environments & visibility concepts is added advantage.
- Excellent communicate skills
- Experience working with Client, proactive approach, confidents
- Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; provides tech knowledge and capabilities as team member and individual contributor.
