Purpose/Objective

To maintain a secure and safe setting within the plant premises by implementing security protocols, monitoring compliance, and ensuring protection of personnel, assets, and operations.

The role supports the overall security strategy and assists in mitigating risks through proactive measures and timely response.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Monitor and enforce security policies and procedures across the plant.
- Supervise access control systems, visitor management, and perimeter security.
- Conduct routine security checks, patrols, and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and assist in investigations.
- Support emergency preparedness plans, including evacuation drills.
- Maintain accurate records of security activities and prepare reports for management.




- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for security-related matters.
- Train and guide security staff to ensure adherence to protocols.

Technical Competencies

Qualifications and Experience

- Graduate degree or diploma in Security Management or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in industrial or plant security operations.
- Familiarity with security systems, surveillance equipment, and access control.
- Strong understanding of safety and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Prior experience in defense, law enforcement, or industrial security preferred.
- Good communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations effectively.
