· Responsible for the entire recruitment process—from sourcing to hiring—in the organization and for building a talent pool pipeline across all verticals.

· Responsible for lateral hiring in sales and Non-IT for mid to senior levels.

· Build and maintain a high-quality database using available resources to the fullest extent, such as Job Portals, Walk-ins, Advertisements, Employee Referrals, and others.

· Draft job descriptions, understand the JD, and develop a recruitment plan accordingly.

· Meet with hiring managers to discuss job roles with the team.

· Vendor management

· Publish trackers to respective HODs daily, weekly, or monthly as required.

· Managing a team of 5-7 recruiters
