Purpose/Objective

The Strategy Team Member will play a critical role in shaping the long-term vision and competitive positioning of the solar manufacturing business.

This role involves market analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth, operational excellence, and innovation in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Strategic Planning & Analysis:- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend analysis for solar PV manufacturing.
- Identify growth opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Support development of short-term and long-term business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Business Case Development:- Prepare financial models, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis for current projects, capacity expansions, and technology upgrades.
- Evaluate policy and regulatory impacts on business operations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:- Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and finance teams to ensure strategic initiatives are executable and aligned.




- Support leadership in decision-making through data-driven insights and presentations.
- Performance Monitoring:- Track KPIs for strategic projects and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Recommend corrective actions based on performance analysis.
- Innovation & Sustainability:- Explore emerging technologies in solar PV, storage, and green hydrogen relevant to manufacturing.
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives and ESG compliance strategies.

Technical Competencies

Analytical and logical reasoning,Financial Modeling,Knowledge of Data Visualization Tools,Understanding of solar PV technology and global renewable energy trends

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications & Skills: - Education: MBA or equivalent in Strategy, Finance, or Operations; Engineering background preferred.

- Experience: 5 - 8 years in strategy, consulting, or business analysis (preferably in renewable energy or manufacturing).
