The Senior Executive - Patient Experience Management will be responsible for enhancing patient satisfaction by implementing strategies that improve the overall quality of care received by patients. This role involves overseeing patient feedback mechanisms, developing and executing patient engagement initiatives, and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to address patient needs effectively.

- Develop and implement patient experience improvement programs and initiatives.
- Gather and analyze patient feedback through surveys, focus groups, and direct interactions.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to address patient concerns and improve service quality.
- Monitor and report on patient satisfaction metrics and key performance indicators.
- Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance patient engagement skills and service delivery.
- Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers to ensure effective communication and understanding.




- Identify areas for service enhancement and participate in quality improvement projects.
