- Prior experience of 1.5 years in AP helpdesk process
- Excellent verbal and written communication & business writing skills is a must
- Fundamental knowledge of end to end P2P cycle must be strong
- Experience in working on helpdesk ticketing tools e.g. salesforce. JIRA
- Well versed in client management
- Knowledge of daily, weekly & monthly reporting should be strong
- Positive analytical and comprehension skills
