Task Description: We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of multiple small automation projects across DHL business units. The role combines project coordination, PMO governance, financial tracking, resource management, and stakeholder reporting, with exposure to Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate multiple small automation projects across various business units.

Track project schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, and action items.

Maintain project financials, budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting.

Create and manage sales orders, project trackers, and governance documentation.

Coordinate resource allocation, capacity planning, and timesheet tracking.

Prepare project status reports,



portfolio dashboards, and management updates.

Liaise with business stakeholders, developers, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Support Power Platform project delivery activities and project governance.

Required Skills

2-5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or Delivery Coordination.

Experience managing project financials, reporting, and resource tracking.

Solid Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills.

Good understanding of project delivery methodologies and governance.

Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform
