Thoufeeque Restaurant is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to manage daily floor operations, supervise service staff, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise waiters and service staff during daily operations.
- Allocate duties and monitor staff performance.
- Welcome guests and ensure prompt, courteous service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve service issues.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
- Ensure proper table setup and dining area readiness.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and professional behaviour.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in smooth daily operations.





Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Waiter is preferred.
- Valuable communication and leadership skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant service standards and hygiene practices.
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
