Senior Buyer

Noida, Sector 62 | On-site | 4–8 years

Tools4Trade is looking for a commercially driven Buyer / Category skilled who can identify products with strong sales potential, source them competitively and make buying decisions based on demand, pricing and profitability.

This is not a purely procurement-focused role. We need someone who understands what will sell, what we should pay for it and whether the opportunity makes commercial sense.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new product opportunities through market trends, customer demand and competitor analysis.

Select products and ranges based on sales potential, pricing and profitability.

Source manufacturers/suppliers and negotiate costs, MOQs, payment terms and other commercial terms.

Manage pricing and margins to make commercially sound buying decisions.Monitor sales, stock movement and inventory performance.

Own the buying process from product identification to performance review.

What We're Looking For

4–5 years of experience in buying, category management, sourcing, procurement, e-commerce, retail, wholesale or product sales.

Strong understanding of products, pricing,



margins and market demand.

Experience sourcing suppliers/manufacturers and negotiating commercial terms.

Ability to use sales, pricing or market data to support buying decisions.

Strong commercial judgement, negotiation and ownership.

Experience in power tools, hand tools, hardware, electricals, industrial products, automotive, construction materials, consumer durables or other physical product categories would be valuable.

Power tools experience is an advantage, not a requirement.
