Automation Developer

Key Responsibilities

RPA Operations & Monitoring

- Monitor RPA bot runs and manage incidents for the bot estate as per agreed SLAs
- Provide production support to business customers
- Ensure stability of solutions during hyper-care period
- Support transition to monitoring team via knowledge transfer once exit criteria are met
- Own maintenance and change control of existing automation artifacts

Development & Implementation

- Design, develop, and test automation workflows for Enterprise and Citizen Developers
- Collaborate with solution architects to ensure optimal design and implementation
- Collaborate with business users to assess business use cases, provide effective solutions, and enable Citizen Developers to build successful automation solutions.
- Build and maintain framework libraries
- Develop and integrate APIs for automation solutions

Support & Troubleshooting

- Provide L2 and L3 support for production issues
- Perform troubleshooting to identify root causes and resolve issues
- Collaborate with business users and third-party teams to investigate and resolve issues effectively
- Reassign tickets as needed based on complexity and scope
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

- Stay flexible and adaptable to new skills and emerging technologies
- Conduct Proof-of-Concept (PoC) for new UiPath capabilities including Agentic Workflows.
- Roll out validated innovations and capabilities across the organization
- Drive automation best practices and standards

Core Skills & Qualifications

Required Certifications

- Certified Automation Developer Qualified (mandatory)




- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (preferred)

Technical Expertise

- Expert-level proficiency in UiPath RPA development
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate development
- Strong experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio development and deployment
- Proven experience in building reusable framework libraries
- Hands-on experience in API development and integration
- Knowledge of automation governance, security, and compliance standards

Desirable Skills

- Experience with cloud-based automation platforms
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration in automation workflows
- Understanding of Agile/DevOps methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
