Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day client communication and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Understand client briefs, translate requirements into actionable plans, and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with internal creative, content, and digital teams to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.
- Prepare client presentations, pitch decks, and campaign proposals.
- Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars.
- Review content and creatives to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns, social media activities,



and community engagement.
- Prepare monthly reports and communicate campaign updates and insights to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in client servicing, preferably in an advertising or digital agency.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, digital campaigns, and content marketing.
- Robust organizational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
