Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

Join our dynamic engineering team as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) and help us deliver high-quality, AI-driven solutions to customers worldwide. You will design and implement automated test frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks using Selenium and Python
2. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new and existing features
3. Integrate AI-powered testing approaches, leveraging Gen AI models to enhance test coverage and efficiency
4. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to align on requirements and ensure continuous quality throughout the SDLC
5. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across web and API layers
6. Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive issue resolution to improve product quality
7. Contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to enable automated testing and faster delivery cycles
8. Document test strategies, standards,



and best practices, promoting a culture of quality within the organization

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2. 1–3 years of qualified experience as an SDET, QA Engineer, or similar role
3. Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and Python for test automation
4. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test design, and defect management
5. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
7. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, comfortable working in agile environments

Nice to Have:

1. Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks or AI-driven testing tools
2. Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
3. Experience testing RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and backend systems
4. Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling) and security testing practices
5. ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications
