Your job:

- Lead SAP ILM, Data Archiving, and Document Management initiatives across SAP RAISE and SAP S/4HANA landscapes.
- Define data retention, legal hold, archiving, and data destruction strategies aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with business and functional teams (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, WM/EWM, HCM, GTS) to identify archiving requirements.
- Hands-on experience in, or KGS ContentServer solutions.
- Perform archive object analysis, iconfiguring and supporting any one of SAP ILM, ArchiveLink, SAP Content Server, OpenTextmpact assessments, testing, validation, and go-live support.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, SOX, GxP, FDA, and corporate governance requirements.
- Support system decommissioning, legacy data retention, and audit readiness initiatives.
- Work with SAP Basis, Infrastructure, Database, Security, and Architecture teams to deliver archiving solutions.
- Provide best practices and technical guidance on SAP Archiving, OpenText, KGS, and ILM.
- Lead SAP Archiving, ILM, and digital transformation projects across global SAP landscapes.

Your qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,



or equivalent.
- 5+ years of SAP experience with 5+ years in SAP ILM, Data Archiving, or Document Management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP business processes, ILM, data governance, and records management.
- Experience with enterprise archiving platforms such as OpenText, KGS, PBS, JiVS, Syniti, Informatica, or Hyland OnBase.
- Proven experience delivering E2E SAP Data Archiving projects including retention management, legal hold, validation, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Basis, databases, and archiving infrastructure.
- Experience working with SAP functional modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, WM/EWM, HCM, or GTS.
- Knowledge of GDPR, SOX, GxP, FDA, and enterprise compliance frameworks.
- Very valuable knowledge of English language, written and spoken.
- Strong service orientation, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in an international environment.
- Ability to work independently while effectively contributing within cross-functional teams.
