About the Role

Mithash Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our HoReCa business. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers and other food-service businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new customers in the HoReCa segment.
- Visit hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, caterers and commercial kitchens.
- Promote and sell company products, including spices, flours, pulses, rice, cooking oil, sauces and other food essentials.
- Generate leads, arrange product samples and follow up on quotations.
- Build relationships with chefs, purchase managers, hotel owners and restaurant owners.
- Develop bulk orders, repeat business and long-term customer relationships.




- Identify distributors, wholesalers and institutional buyers.
- Conduct market research and track competitor pricing.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports and monthly targets.

Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate or equivalent; candidates with relevant sales experience are preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, food products, HoReCa or B2B sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and customer meetings.
- Knowledge of the local market and Gujarati/Hindi communication is preferred.
- Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply.
