Our client is a leading Automation company established in the year 2006 & have 30 + Employees & annual turnover is 30-40 crs. The company is located in the Makarba area of Ahmedabad.

Position: Sales Manager

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Automation preferred); MBA is an advantage.

Location: Kerala

Experience Range: 3–8 years of experience in sales or business development within the industrial automation or robotics domain.

Office Timing: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (Monday to Saturday, Every 3rd Saturday Off)

Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business objectives within the automation industry.

 Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with OEMs, EPCs, and industrial clients.

 Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to provide tailored automation solutions that meet client requirements.

 Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, partners, and distributors.

 Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging technologies,



trends, and market opportunities.

 Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

 Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

 Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.

Requisite Skills:

 Strong customer handling and sales skills.

 Good understanding of operations and inventory coordination.

 Basic knowledge of ERP.

 Leadership and team management abilities.

 Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Desired Skills:

 Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in B2B technical sales.

 Solid understanding of automation products and solutions (e.g., PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, control panels, robotics, etc.).

 Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer value propositions.

 Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions
