Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with clients.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and achieve business growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and resolve customer issues.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales decisions.

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to queries and ensuring timely resolution of concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-3 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery sales or related field (preferably).

- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.Com, B.Sc., etc.). MBA will also works best.

- Robust understanding of automation solutions, industrial equipment/machinery industry knowledge preferred.

- Excellent communication skills for effective tele/inside sales techniques; ability to work independently from home office setup.
