Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and expanding the company's customer base. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring the achievement of organizational sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and clients.
- Monitor daily sales activities and prepare reports.




- Conduct field visits and support the sales team.
- Train and guide Sales Trainees/Executives.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Set individual sales targets, review performance, and implement improvement plans.
- Manage sales expenses and ensure efficient use of the sales budget.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
