Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Warangal.

The Sales

Executive will engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their requirements, present suitable vehicle options, and provide detailed information on features, pricing, and financing. The role includes preparing and following up on quotations, maintaining customer records, coordinating test drives, and supporting the completion of sales documentation.

Executive will also build relationships with potential and existing customers, work towards individual and team sales targets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.





Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience working with targets and closing deals.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles or a solid interest in the automotive sector, with willingness to learn product features and specifications.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages, with clear, professional presentation and listening skills.
- Comfort with maintaining records, handling documentation, and using basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools).
- Ability to work on-site, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with colleagues and management.
- Prior experience in retail or field sales is an advantage; automotive sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
- Valid driving license and ability to support test drives when required.
