Greeting from Jeena & Co !! We are looking to hire Sales Coordinator for Ahmedabad location with 4+years of experiencd into Freight Forwarding or Shipping background. Brief Details as follows:

Pre-sales activities

- Timely action on inquiry business opportunity as per the defined timelines and follow up with the customer on each enquiry quoted
- Coordination with Operation, pricing, System , internal departmental team to improve the inquiry business conversion.

- Maintain inquiry log on a day to day basis with proper and accurate customer feedback.
- Ensure minimum 35% success rate on total enquiries quoted
- Follow up on payment outstanding collection for Sales routed businesses.





- Sea export FCL/LCL Pricing/ Rates procurement from shipping line/ shipping agents and quoting to Sales customer & Inter branch.
- Overseas agent coordination.

Sales support

- Assisting sales team to achieve target on bringing current customers onboard, deep selling to existing customers and maximizing the revenue of sales
- Assisting sales team with the relevant data, reports required from them to be submitted to the management.
