Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Ahmedabad, Surat,Pune.

The Sales

Associate will engage directly with customers, understand their eyewear needs, and provide product recommendations that align with their style, comfort, and budget. Daily responsibilities include welcoming customers, conducting product demonstrations, assisting with frame and lens selection, and ensuring a smooth sales and billing process. The role also involves maintaining store displays, managing inventory on the floor, and supporting promotional activities and in-store events.

Associate will collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets, deliver a high-quality retail experience, and uphold Netrè’s customer service standards.

Qualifications





- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with a diverse range of customers.
- Sales and retail skills, including basic knowledge of sales techniques, upselling, and working toward individual and store-level targets.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling inventory, maintaining displays, and ensuring accurate billing and documentation.
- Basic technology skills, including comfort using point-of-sale systems, digital catalogs, and other retail software tools.
- Ability to learn product features quickly, especially eyewear styles, materials, and lens options, and explain them in simple terms to customers.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer support.
- Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad, including weekends and retail peak hours as needed.
- Prior retail or eyewear experience is an advantage but not mandatory; a passion for fashion, eyewear, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
- Minimum educational background of high school diploma; a college degree in business, commerce, or a related field is a plus.
