Ginseng Hotels is a hospitality and hotel management company focused on hotel operations, revenue growth, booking management, and delivering quality guest experiences across its portfolio of properties.

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and results-driven Sales & Operations Executive with prior experience in the hospitality industry to support sales activities, coordinate hotel operations, and build strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, and travel partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate hotel bookings, sales leads, and current business opportunities.
- Coordinate with hotel teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Handle corporate bookings, group reservations, travel agents, and B2B inquiries.
- Communicate professionally with clients, guests, hotel staff, and business partners.
- Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with property managers to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain sales reports, track booking performance, and support revenue growth.




- Develop relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and hospitality partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong sales, negotiation, client-handling, and coordination skills.
- Practical knowledge of hotel sales, reservations, guest relations, or operations.
- A skilled attitude, problem-solving ability, and a results-oriented mindset.
