Role Summary

Release Manager to own end-to-end release planning and coordination for NT application teams, ensuring smooth, well-governed deployments across environments in a large enterprise financial services setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the release calendar and coordinate release schedules across multiple application/dev teams
- Plan, sequence, and manage releases across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments
- Drive release readiness reviews, go/no-go decisions, and post-release validation
- Coordinate with Environment Manager, DevOps, QA, and application teams to manage dependencies and conflicts
- Manage release risk, rollback plans, and change management processes (CAB/ITSM alignment)
- Track and report release status, issues, and metrics to stakeholders and management
- Ensure compliance with client's release governance, audit, and change control standards
- Support CI/CD pipeline coordination and release automation initiatives





Required Skills & Experience

- 12–15 years of overall IT experience, with a significant portion in Release Management
- Proven experience managing releases in large, complex enterprise environments (financial services strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices
- Hands-on familiarity with release/change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Azure DevOps)
- Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams (dev, QA, infra, setting management)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills able to present status to senior management
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release automation is a plus
- Exposure to banking/capital markets/asset servicing environments preferred
