About the Role

Apollo Clinic, Mansarovar, Jaipur is looking for a skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to support our gynaecology and women's health services. The nurse will assist the doctors during consultations and procedures and provide safe, compassionate care to patients.

Eligibility Criteria

- Must be a registered nurse with a valid registration from the State Nursing Council

- Qualification: GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognised institution

- Minimum 2 years of work experience after completing nursing qualification

- Prior experience in a gynaecology, obstetrics or women's health setting is strongly preferred

Key Skills and Competencies

- Sound knowledge of all nursing procedures

- Proficiency in suturing

- Skilled in intubation

- Experience in conducting or assisting with Pap smear tests

- Ability to assist the gynaecologist during patient examinations, including positioning, draping and instrument handling

- Competent in administering IV and IM injections safely and correctly

- Positive knowledge of medical and surgical instruments, including their handling, sterilisation and maintenance

- Strong understanding of infection control, hygiene and patient safety protocols

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures and explain steps to them with sensitivity





- Assist the gynaecologist during examinations, minor procedures and treatments

- Collect and label samples (including Pap smear specimens) accurately

- Administer injections and medications as prescribed

- Prepare, arrange and sterilise instruments and maintain the procedure room

- Monitor vitals and maintain accurate patient records

- Ensure patient privacy, dignity and confidentiality at all times

Other Requirements

- Willing to work late shifts, up to 8:00 PM

- Must be a local candidate (resident of Jaipur) so that timings can be reliably maintained

- Must carry all relevant documents at the time of interview, including:

- Nursing registration certificate

- Educational qualification certificates and mark sheets

- Experience letters and relieving letters from previous employers

- Government ID proof and address proof

- Updated resume and recent passport-size photographs

- Good communication skills in Hindi (English preferred)

- Polite, patient and professional behaviour with patients

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
