As the Lead HR for Recruitment, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding recent employees, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team to meet hiring goals and KPIs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and manage the hiring process from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate documentation throughout the hiring process.
