Role Description The Real Estate Manager at Bookmyacre will oversee day-to-day property and portfolio management activities for luxury residential and investment properties. This full time, on-site role based in Noida involves managing property operations, coordinating maintenance and inspections, and ensuring high standards of tenant and investor satisfaction.

The Real Estate

Manager will handle lease negotiations and administration, monitor rental collections, track occupancy, and maintain accurate property records and documentation. The role includes conducting market research,



supporting site visits, collaborating with sales and marketing teams on promotions, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Manager will also prepare regular reports on property performance, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong property management skills, including experience with Property Management and Real Estate operations.
- Proficiency in Lease Administration and handling Leases, including drafting, reviewing, and managing lease agreements.
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate, with the ability to assess investment potential and market trends.
- Experience in luxury or high-end residential real estate is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications in real estate management are a plus.
